01. Starting a Private Label PDRN Serum Project with 300 Units
The project began when a U.S. client contacted us about our PDRN Pink Collagen Bubble Serum. While the client liked the product, the initial concern was order quantity.
Our standard MOQ for this product was 500 pieces, but the client preferred to begin with approximately 100 pieces to reduce the inventory commitment for a new product launch.
After discussing the client’s budget and business plan, our team explored a more flexible production arrangement and successfully offered a 300-piece starter order.
This allowed the client to launch the product with a more manageable inventory while still meeting the requirements for customized production.

02. Product Selection and Quotation
Once the starter quantity was agreed upon, we provided the client with detailed information about the PDRN Pink Collagen Bubble Serum, including its product positioning, packaging format and quotation for the 300-piece order.

After reviewing the product information and quotation, the client confirmed that she wanted to move forward with the PDRN serum.
03. Private Label Branding
With the product and quantity confirmed, the next step was private label customization.
The client provided her brand logo, and our team prepared the packaging artwork based on the selected PDRN serum packaging. Rather than developing an entirely new packaging structure, the existing packaging format was customized with the client’s branding, helping keep the initial launch efficient and cost-effective.

04. Order Confirmation and Packaging Design
After confirming the branding direction, the client proceeded with payment and our design team began preparing the customized retail packaging.

The finished artwork used the client’s branding while retaining the distinctive pink visual identity of the PDRN serum. Before mass production, the complete packaging artwork was sent to the client for final review.
The client confirmed:
“The design is good.”
Only after receiving this approval did we proceed with mass-production printing.

05. Production and Quality Updates
Once the artwork was approved, the order entered mass production.
Throughout the production process, we kept the client updated and shared production videos showing the customized serum being prepared and packed.
Providing visual production updates gave the client greater visibility into the manufacturing process and also provided useful content that could later support the brand’s own marketing.

06. Delivery and First Product Feedback
After production was completed, the order was shipped to the United States. Following delivery, we contacted the client to confirm receipt and gather initial product feedback.
The response was highly positive. After trying the serum herself, the client highlighted three characteristics in particular:
“It feels so smooth, not sticking at all, and absorbs into the skin so nicely. I love it.”
This feedback was especially valuable because texture, absorption and after-feel are important factors in the consumer experience of facial serums.

07. From Product Launch to a 500-Piece Reorder
The strongest validation came after the client introduced the serum to her own customers.
During a gym class, she presented the PDRN serum to participants and reported selling 30 units that day.
Following this initial market response, the client contacted us again to begin discussing a second order and indicated that the next purchase would likely be 500 pieces.
For a project that originally began with concerns about a 500-piece MOQ, this represented a meaningful transition—from cautious market testing with 300 pieces to preparing for a larger repeat order based on actual customer demand.

08. Building an Ongoing Private Label Partnership
The client also shared photos of herself with the finished product and continued discussing the next order with our team.
What began as a cautious small-batch inquiry developed into an ongoing private label partnership supported by flexible production, customized branding, consistent communication and real market feedback.
For emerging beauty brands, starting with the right production quantity can provide an effective way to validate a product before scaling into larger repeat orders.
