How We Helped a U.S. Beauty Brand Develop Customized GHK-Cu Skincare Products
A U.S. beauty brand approached us looking for a private label skincare solution that could be quickly customized under its own branding. What began as an inquiry for 500 units of GHK-Cu Whipped Tallow Honey Balm soon developed into a larger collaboration involving customized formulas, branded packaging and additional skincare products.

01 — Initial Inquiry
Starting with 500 Custom Tallow Balms
The project began in February 2026 when the client contacted our team about producing 500 units of GHK-Cu Whipped Tallow Honey Balm.
The client’s initial requirement was straightforward: they wanted an existing product concept that could be customized with their own brand logo and prepared for resale.
After reviewing the product presentation and discussing the formula, the client quickly confirmed their interest:
02 — Formula Customization
Discussing a Higher GHK-Cu Concentration
The client was not only interested in putting their logo on an existing product. They also paid close attention to the formula and wanted a higher concentration of key ingredients.
During the discussion, the client specifically asked about increasing the GHK-Cu concentration.
Our team explained the difference between the available concentration options and the impact a higher concentration would have on product cost.
Rather than simply accepting every request, we discussed the formulation and commercial considerations with the client so they could choose a suitable solution for their brand.

Client Request
“We want highest percentage of SNAP-8 and GHK-Cu.”
This discussion also opened the door to another customized product: a GHK-Cu Copper Peptide Serum.
03 — Packaging Solution
Protecting the Product While Building the Brand
Packaging became another important part of the project.
The proposed balm packaging included:
60g wide-mouth frosted glass jar
Aluminum cap
Custom jar label
Custom cap label
Inner protective gasket
Custom printed color box
After discussing the order with our production team, we recommended adding an individual color box rather than shipping the glass jar without secondary packaging.
The box would provide better protection during transportation while also giving the finished product a more complete retail presentation.
Instead of simply manufacturing what was requested, our team helped the client consider product protection, appearance and retail readiness before production.
04 — Quotation & Order Confirmation
Moving from Concept to Production
Once the formula, quantity and packaging direction were discussed, we prepared the quotation for the client.
The initial order value shown during payment was approximately USD 3,204.50, excluding the platform transaction fee.

Before payment, the client emphasized one important requirement:
“Make sure the design is perfect please!”
Our team confirmed that the final artwork would only move into printing after receiving the client’s approval.
This ensured that the logo, packaging and visual details could be checked before mass production.
The client then completed payment and the project officially entered the production preparation stage.
05 — From 500 Units to a Larger Order
The Client Doubled the Order
Shortly after the initial order was placed, the client made an important decision.
Instead of proceeding only with the original quantity, they asked us to:
“Send double the orders. We will sell them.”
Our team reconfirmed whether the client wanted 500 additional units, and the client confirmed.

This was an important milestone in the cooperation—the project had progressed from an initial 500-unit trial order into a larger commercial order before production was completed.
500 PCS → ORDER EXPANSION
The increased quantity demonstrated the client’s confidence in the product concept and its potential within their market.
06 — Product Development Continued
Expanding Beyond the Original Balm
The collaboration did not stop with the original GHK-Cu Tallow Balm.
As communication continued, additional skincare concepts were introduced, including peptide-based products.
By April, the client had received new product samples and shared photos after delivery.
Their immediate response was:
“Looks good! Will try tonight.”
This shows how the
relationship evo
lved from a single private label order into ongoing product development.
07 — Real Client Feedback
Positive Feedback After Product Testing
The strongest part of the project came after the client actually tested the products.
In May, while discussing another potential product, the client voluntarily shared feedback about a previously supplied eye serum:
“Works so well!”
They also described visible satisfaction with the product and called it:
“Amazing.”
More importantly, the client was already asking about another product category—hair serum.
This transformed the cooperation from a one-time order into an ongoing product development relationship.

More Than Manufacturing
This project demonstrates how a private label partnership can develop beyond simply adding a logo to an existing product.
From formula discussions and packaging recommendations to artwork confirmation, production and continued product development, our team worked with the client throughout each stage of the project.
What started with one customized skincare product developed into a broader collaboration—and the client’s later feedback and new product inquiries provided the strongest proof of a successful partnership.
